Order confirmation

Please check your personal information. Before confirming your order, check the information you entered on the "Order Summary" page and change the ones you want to change. In order to purchase your products, you must mark the "I have read, understood and accept the Distance Sales Contract Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract" under the payment page, after reading the said contracts. Otherwise, you will not be able to proceed to the next step to complete the purchase.


After entering your credit card information, you can choose 3D Secure (3D Security) and / or installment options, if available. If you choose the 3D Secure option, after you press the "Complete Payment" button, write the code in the SMS sent to your phone by your bank in the relevant section on the bank page to which you are directed, and your payment transaction will be completed.

Order Completion

After your order is completed, your Distance Sales Contract will be sent to the e-mail address you specified. Shipping Policies
Current lead time of made- to-order items are 15 business days.
All items ship with PTT Cargo for free. It may take 11-14 business days for delivery depending on your location.
Please ensure you provide us your PHONE NUMBER and POSTAL CODE correctly at checkout and control your shipping address in order to make your delivery easier and faster. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address.
Please consider; Duty/Import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund for lost or stolen packages. There might be slight delays due to pandemic, customs procedures and/or holidays. Standard shipping does NOT include insurance. Free shipment is not valid for discounted items. For offering seamless worldwide customer experience, all necessary costs of shipping abroad are included in the product prices. Returns and Exchange We do not provide refund for cash. Please remember that our all garments are handcrafted and mostly made-to-order. If you have any major problems with your purchase, we gladly offer returns for store credit.
If you have received damaged package, please contact us. We only accept the cancellation within the day you give order.
