Shipping Policies

Current lead time of  in-stock items are 3 business day and made- to-order items delivery time are depending on its measurements. To learn more, you can visit product page.

All items ship with PTT Cargo for free. It may take 11-14 business days for delivery depending on your location.

Please ensure you provide us your PHONE NUMBER and POSTAL CODE correctly at checkout and control your shipping address in order to make your delivery easier and faster. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address.

Please consider;

• Duty/Import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

• We do not refund for lost or stolen packages.

• There might be slight delays due to pandemic, customs procedures and/or holidays.

• Standard shipping does NOT include insurance.

• Free shipment is not valid for discounted items.

• For offering seamless worldwide customer experience, all necessary costs of shipping abroad are included in the product prices.

Returns and Exchange

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may initiate a return  or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your full order for all standard products except for customized product ( color and size customizations)

Please note that all returned items must be undamaged, unwashed, unused, retain all original tags, and be in saleable condition in order to be eligible for a refund. Items must be returned in the original intact packaging. 

We are not responsible for damage during return shipping. Items damaged during return shipping are not eligible for refunds.

Please remember that natural inconsistencies and slight variations in size are inherent to all handwoven and hand-dyed products and this makes speacial each pieces.
